The last CloudCamp was a great event for anyone into Cloud Computing (write up at Redcatco: “Living in the cloud computing“).
Cloud Computing will push networking technology to its limits, accelerating the need for bandwidth in data centers, growing SANs and generally putting the network firmly in the middle of the IT value chain. The interesting thing is that network bandwidth requirements seem to scale exponentially with computing power, at least according to figures I’ve managed to sneak a peak of.
The next London Cloud Camp will be in early October, details here when it is finalized. More as soon as it is available. The event will be in November: see CloudCamp London - The Sequel.
